After not driving my 2011 Saab 9-3 for a few weeks, the battery was completely dead. Since its warranty had expired I decided to replace it. I contacted Robert who advised me that he didn’t have the right battery on site, but would by the time I arrived. A trickle charger and jump both failed, but a tow service was able to get it started. My 2011 9-3 is now my third Saab purchase over a twenty-four year period. It's based on a great product but also a fantastic service team to maintain it. The Avid technicians are the best at what they are trained and certified to do, which is to keep my car in perfect running condition. Costs are always discussed before service is performed so there are no surprises later, and they use only quality parts and materials. I actually price compared this battery at two other suppliers and both were more expensive than Avid. Both Tim and Robert have always provided the best service experiences and for that I am grateful.
