These guys are great. I feel very comfortable bringing my cars here. They explain what needs to be done and find ways to save me money. My exhaust pipe cracked and instead of replacing the whole pipe, they put a clamp on it and sealed the leak. The exhaust pipe alone would have cost $1200. The put the clamp on and replaced all the rusted exhaust hangers for around $500. Another time I took my car in because the pax window was working really slow. When I came back they said nothing was really wrong with it. It just needed a little cleaning.

These guys are great! The work I’ve received from them has been top notch! They are very friendly, professional and detailed oriented. I really appreciate that they take the time to answer my questions. I can’t recommend this business enough!

I have now taken 3 of my vehicles to Avid Autowerx. I am 110% satisfied with their work. From communication, timeliness, and quality of work performed I have always been impressed by the way they run their business. I would recommend Avid to anyone needing car service/repair.

I drove two hours from Indianapolis to Cincinnati to get my car to Avid and it was worth the four hour round trip and then some! At this point in my life, I've been through dozens of mechanics and let me tell you, the guys at Avid are the most detail-oriented folks I've come across. Beyond their conscientiousness, every single person in that shop was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Tylor and Jared, thank you guys for the kindness and diligence in the quick turnaround. Devin, I can't thank you enough for letting me be a "fly on the wall" and the knowledge you helped me gain for a better understanding of my car. You guys have some magic going on in that shop—keep up the great work!

Their attention to detail is incredible - they paid for my uber after dropping my car. Later they emailed me a detailed report for me to confirm I wanted the work done and then called me when it was ready. Very happy with the work done. Actually the second time I have used them and both were awesome experiences.
