Fantastic customer service. I just moved from out of state and my check engine light came on. I gave them a call and they were willing to take a look that same afternoon. They read the codes, cleared them, took my car for a test drive, and reported back that no new codes appeared. All of this was free of charge. After so many bad experiences with dealerships trying to trick me into expensive, unnecessary repairs, it's refreshing to meet a honest, trustworthy mechanic. I will 100% return to Avid when my car needs services in the future.

The only place that I'll take my Saab for service. Tim and everyone else are professional and courteous and they keep my 2008 Saab in excellent condition.

Referred by a friend, Easy to set appointment on-line, Quite pleased with service and price! Resolved front end issue, had complained about w/dealer, with no resolution, They diagnosed problem and repaired, My 2009 Honda Pilot drives quieter and handles better. Car was prepared for a Holiday travel as well. Highly recommend!

The hardest part of selling my VW and buying an Acura was that I could no longer take my car to be serviced at Dubwerx (VW, Porsche, and Audi) — the best auto shop around. So when I heard the Dubwerx crew opened up a Japanese shop, I was overjoyed. This is a well run company with a team of professionals that will treat you and your car right!

Very informative service reps, and extremely helpful. This was my first time taking my Saab here for service, and it certainly will not be my last.

Our son was moving to Colorado on very short notice. I called to see if we could get his car in as soon as possible and they squeezed us in. As always Tim was courteous and helpful. He called and explained all that needed to be done and then made sure it was done. We have dealt with Tim for the duration of owning this car (and the other 2 we owned) and he has always been helpful and knowledgeable. If you own a Saab, please know that your car will be well taken care of, you will be treated fairly and all work will be done correctly.

Stopped in for a few parts and to ask a few questions about repairs. Wasn't disappointed in the slightest. They answered my questions and also gave me tips about self repairing my SAAB. They also recommended coming in for certain repairs when they were needed due to the fact that changing certain items can be very difficulty without a car lift (so they can walk under the car to get a better angle when repairing it). I'll be back in, and I definitely wouldn't mind having these guys repair my 9-5 to save myself some stress (and probably my back). Thanks again!
